New Board Members bring critical skills at key moment
HMCARE is excited to welcome two new Board Members who bring essential skills and experience as we gear up for the launch of our innovative medical mask in 2026.

Colm Walsh, an advisor and investor in HMCARE, founded the sustainable textiles company 3SIXTY which developed pioneering fabrics from ocean waste and recycled plastics. Along with business development and retail negotiation, he brings more than two decades of experience in the supply chain industry, business strategy and market expansion at a critical juncture for HMCARE.

Dan Staner brings unrivalled expertise in commercialisation, partnerships and scaling up healthcare innovations internationally and decades of senior leadership experience. He oversaw multi-billion dollar operations and led the COVID pandemic response strategy in Europe and the Middle East as Vice President and General Manager of the biotech company, Moderna. Currently, he is Chief Business Officer at precision diagnostic company, Alcediag.
Colm and Dan join governance expert Linda Zurkinden-Erisman on the HMCARE Board as well as Thierry Pelet, CEO and Board Chairman as the company moves into full production and launch of our mask in 2026 and expansion into other markets.
